You are already a level 1 freediver and the world of Freediving has captivated you. You want to prepare yourself even better and dive deeper. Share your passion for freediving and the sensations with your dive buddies.
The objectives of this course are:
- Improve your equalisation techniques.
- Plan efficient and safe freediving sessions
- Descend between 20 and 30 meters, getting to feel the freefall.
Requirements (that you have to meet):
- Have a Freediving Level 1 licence or equivalent.
- Be healthy (a responsible health declaration or medical certificate is required, certifying that you are fit to dive).

- Theory lessons
- 2 sessions in pool/confined waters
- 4 sessions in the sea
- Transportation from the dive centre to the dive site
- International certification
Not included
- Equipment hire (we offer 50% discount on hire and discounts in our shop)
- Accident and liability insurance (can be hired separately)
